I recently stayed at this luxury hotel for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was pleasant and attentive, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and tidy, and as a solo female traveler, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, with high-quality linens and pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The location of this hotel is ideal, situated in a really quiet area but still in a good area near Union Square. The free wifi was a bonus, with a strong signal that allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Great location. The breakfast opposite in the Cozy Cafe is highly recommended.

Wonderful small place, I liked outstandingly accommodating personnel.

The location was good, not very far from a shopping plaza. A market and convenience stores where right next door. I ate at a small restaurant for dinner. The bed was extremely comfy; and there was bathtubs.

Unique, perfectly clean, reasonably spacious hotel, the location is marvellous in a quiet neighborhood. All the rooms are neat with good facilities and the staff is superfriendly. Offers good service and great food;))

Located in the heart of San Francisco, this hotel is central to all tourist attractions in the Fisherman's Wharf area and downtown. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, providing ample space for families. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for dining options nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located near supermarkets for convenient access to snacks and drinks.

The fitness room is small and could benefit from additional equipment.

It was a fantastic experience and we would definitely come back here; there are great restaurant options nearby, such as Bellissimo Pizza which is just a short 5-minute walk away.

We spent 7 days in San francisco. The location of the hotel was very nice, near bus stops, restaurants. The hotel is comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. A breackfast is not available but coffee is offered in the room, and the Bean Cafe (800 Sutter street) is a very nice address. We will stay again in this hotel.

Clean room and bathroom, safe in room, snacks and water available for sale. Central location, courteous staff, early check-in via phone. Quiet and comfortable. Enjoyable modern design, warm bedding. Perfect location, close to tourist spots and local bars/restaurants. Exceptional value for the low price. Well worth the money.

The hotel is centrally located and close to many attractions. It is within walking distance to Union Square, Chinatown, and Macy's for easy access to hop-on bus tours and cable cars. The rooms are clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms, clean towels, and shower amenities. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area. There are USB ports, a coffee machine, and a fridge available in the rooms for convenience. Additionally, there is a gym on-site for those who want to stay active during their stay.

The hotel does not have a rooftop pool, which may disappoint some guests.
